Your request for return can be made only for items categorized as returnable. Only in following cases return is allowed:
1. Damaged Product
2. Product with manufacturing defect
3. Wrong/error Product
4. Missing Product
Order Number is to be produced along with clearly demonstrating product images for return or replacement. Your request will be verified and on satisfaction request is processed. Item to be returned must be unused and returned in same condition as received, in original box and original packaging. Seller can reject your return request when the item lacks original package or used one is returned.
Within 7 days of receipt of the order, you should make return request. N receiving request and confirmation, we will arrange our logistic partner to collect the damaged/defective product. If not, we will inform the buyer. If you are returning the item your own, you must select a reputed and authorised courier with prior information to our customer care. Then only your cargo charges will be reimbursed. On receiving returned product and after verification on condition compliance, the refunding process is initiated. We will adopt the same payment mode used during checkout. We will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refund, we adopt online fund transfer only.
Don’t forget to paste reverse pick up label shared from us. We won’t be able for refund without reverse pick up label. Each replacement request can be appealed by writing to customer care. Dispute is to be preferred within 10 days from the date of delivery. Mediation is on a case-by-case basis. The buyer assures his availability on reverse pick up. If not, we will try only 3 attempts to after which the buyer has to make his own despatch methods with prior intimation to us.
If request for reverse pick up is on item offered for offer or discount, will be deducted from refund value.
CANCELLATIONS

Situation may arise forcing us to cancel order for non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by the Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. For any reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of your order. Additional verifications or information may be sought for processing any request/order. Cancellation is made without any recourse to buyer and attracts no seller liability.
By the Buyer
To get full refund, the buyer must cancel his order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours of placing order there is no scope for refund on cancellation. When the item is shipped no refund shall be processed.
It usually, takes up to 5-10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account. If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please, contact your bank.
